- 1. Accessing the Portal
- Log In: Visit Turnaportal and log in using your e-Devlet credentials.
- Find Open Calls: Check the main dashboard for active mobility announcements. If the main page is empty, navigate to the "My Applications" section to find student mobility calls.
- Troubleshooting: If no application options appear, contact the Erasmus+ Office immediately to ensure your profile is correctly linked.

- 3. Finalizing Your Submission
- Monitor Dates: Keep a close eye on the application window and specific Erasmus English Exam dates.
- Double Check: Before hitting "Submit," verify that your Departmental Coordinator has signed your form; unsigned forms are the most common cause of delays.

- Finalize Application: Once the application period ends, hand over your physical application documents to the Erasmus+ Office.
- Research & Deadlines: Scout the host university’s Erasmus portal. Focus on application cut-offs, housing availability, and specific visa requirements.
- Nomination Check: Contact the International Relations Office (Erasmus+ Office) to confirm you have been officially nominated to the host institution.
- Get Oriented: Attend the mandatory orientation session or contact meeting hosted by the Erasmus+ Office.
- Passport Check: Ensure your passport is valid for your entire stay. Apply for a new one or extend it immediately if needed.
- Official Application: Submit your application to the host university well before their deadline. Procrastination is your enemy here.
- Academic Alignment: Browse the host university's course catalog. Review your selections with your Departmental Coordinator before drafting your Pre-approval and Learning Agreement (LA).
- Documentation Flow:
- Complete and sign your Pre-approval Form; get it approved by your coordinator and email the scanned copy to erasmus@alanyauniversity.edu.tr.
- Fill out and sign your (can be either online or hard copy) Learning Agreement (LA); obtain signatures from both your Alanya University Departmental Coordinator and the host university. Submit the final version to the Erasmus+ Office.
- Finalizing Travel:
- Forward your Letter of Acceptance to the Erasmus+ Office as soon as it arrives.
- Secure Extended Health and Travel Insurance and share a copy with us.
- Start your Visa Application immediately upon receiving your acceptance letter.
- If needed request visa support documents from Erasmus+ Office.
- Financial Setup: Open a Euro bank account at any Vakıfbank branch. Email or text your IBAN and the branch name to the Erasmus+ Office.

- The Grant Agreement: The Erasmus+ Office will send this to you or request a face-to-face meeting to sign.
- Print: Print two (2) full copies of the Grant Agreement.
- Initial Each Page: Using a blue pen, write your initials (e.g., A.B.) in the bottom right corner of every page.
- Sign: On the seventh page, provide your full signature in the designated signature box.
- Digital Copy: Scan the completed and signed agreement and send the PDF to the Erasmus+ Office for our records.
- Mail the Original: You must send the original paper copies (both of them) to our office via cargo.
- Course Adjustments: If you need to change your classes, you must get approval from your Alanya University Departmental Coordinator first.
- Update the LA: Once changes are approved, update your Learning Agreement, get it signed, and keep the original hard copy to bring back with you.
- Departure Logistics: Before leaving the host country, have the host university sign the Official Dates Form. Ensure they email it to us or provide you with a copy to send.
- Transcripts: Arrange for the host university to send your final Transcript of Records to the Erasmus+ Office via email or WhatsApp.
- Travel Verification: Download your "Yurda Giriş/Çıkış Belgesi" from e-Devlet and send it to us via email or WhatsApp. The dates must match your Erasmus period.
- Send your boarding passes to our side.
- Confirm Documents: Ensure the Erasmus+ Office has received your Arrival/Departure Form and Transcript (either from the host school or from you).
- The Participiant Report: Check your email for the European Commission Participation Report. Complete it online and send a PDF copy of the submission to our office.
- Closing the Loop: Once all steps are verified, the remaining balance of your Erasmus grant will be deposited into your account
